Our Story
We’re a small team of dog lovers, writers, and city dwellers who know firsthand what it’s like to share a 600-square-foot space with a four-legged tornado.
We’ve dealt with the barking. We’ve cleaned up the accidents. We’ve worried about leaving our dogs alone while we headed to work. We’ve negotiated with landlords, carried dog food up four flights of stairs, and learned the hard way that not every “apartment-friendly” breed actually fits our lifestyle.
Out of that experience—and a lot of late-night Googling—came this website. We wanted to create the resource we wish we had when we first started: a friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful guide to apartment dog ownership.
